Job Position: Medical Front Desk Location: Hilton Head, SC 29926 Pay Rate: $21.00/hr Shift: Description: Medical Front Desk - Orthopedics Location: Hilton Head, SC Pay: $20.00 - $21.00/hour Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift Join a growing orthopedic practice where you'll be the first point of contact for patients and an essential part of a collaborative healthcare team. We're looking for an experienced Medical Front Desk professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional patient service. Responsibilities: Greet and check in/check out patients Schedule appointments for multiple providers Verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations Collect copays and patient balances Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling Process referrals and maintain accurate patient records in Epic Work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Qualifications: At least 1 year of medical front office experience Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, referrals, and collections Epic experience preferred Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills We Offer: $20.00-$21.00/hour Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) Monday-Friday schedule Career growth with a respected healthcare organization If you're dependable, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience, we'd love to hear from you!
