In this role, you'll represent clients in family law matters, appear in court, manage cases, conduct discovery, negotiate settlements, and guide clients through some of life's most challenging moments.

$80,000 - $110,000 yearly + bonus potential + benefits DOE

• Represent clients in family law matters, ensuring their rights and interests are protected at every step.
• Appear in court to advocate for clients, presenting cases with clarity and confidence.
• Manage case files efficiently, keeping all documentation organized and up-to-date.
• Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather all necessary information for each case.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties, aiming for fair and favorable outcomes for clients.
• Guide clients through legal proceedings, providing clear explanations and compassionate support.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective legal strategies and share insights for case success.

What You Need:

• Licensed to practice law in West Virginia
• Prior family law experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent courtroom presence and legal writing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and client relationship abilities
• Confidence under pressure and compassion for people in crisis
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to track and enter time daily
