Can work from any of the client locations - Akron, OH, Charlotte, NC, Tempe, Arizona, Greenwood Village, CO, Pensacola, FL Local candidates only What You'll Do Seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer Lead to drive the IP warming process and email deliverability strategy. This is a hands‑on execution role embedded within the client engagement, working directly with the marketing and technology teams to ensure success. Hands on experience in configuring and managing email journeys in AJO for the soft launch and market launch campaigns Ensure sending infrastructure (subdomains, DKIM, SPF, DMARC) is correctly configured and validated Implement and QA sending rules, frequency caps, and throttling logic within AJO IP Warming & Deliverability Execution Own and execute the end‑to‑end IP warming plan across all sending IPs and domains on Adobe Journey Optimizer Build and manage progressive volume ramp‑up schedules aligned to ISP thresholds and send targets Coordinate with Adobe's Deliverability Consultant (procured separately by Circle K) on backend analytics, ISP feedback loops, and blacklist remediation Produce weekly deliverability status reports with actionable recommendations Team Training & Knowledge Transfer Conduct hands‑on workshops covering IP warming methodology, deliverability best practices, and AJO platform operations Produce documented SOPs, runbooks, and a knowledge base to enable client team to self‑manage future IP warming cycles What You Bring Must‑Have 5+ years of email marketing technology experience, with at least 2 years hands‑on in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Proven experience executing IP warming campaigns for large‑scale senders, including volume ramp planning and ISP engagement Deep understanding of email deliverability fundamentals — sender reputation, inbox placement, authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), feedback loops Experience with suppression list management, bounce handling, and engagement segmentationStrong analytical skills — comfortable reading deliverability dashboards and translating data into decisions Strong communication and presentation skills Proven experience working in GDD model Nice‑to‑Have Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Campaign or AJO certification Experience training or upskilling offshore/nearshore development teams Familiarity with ISP postmaster tools (Google Postmaster, Microsoft SNDS) Prior experience in retail, convenience, or loyalty‑driven email programs Estimated Min Rate : $63.00 Estimated Max Rate : $90.00 What’s In It for You?
