As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a creative, motivated, and results-oriented Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing engaging digital content, strengthening our employer brand, increasing online visibility, and supporting recruitment marketing initiatives across multiple social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns that promote HireFrontier's staffing services, recruitment solutions, employer branding, and career opportunities.

• Stay informed on evolving social media trends, platform algorithms, industry best practices, and emerging digital marketing strategies to improve audience engagement.

• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content for recruitment campaigns, hiring events, employee spotlights, client success stories, and company promotions.

• Design professional marketing materials, digital graphics, advertisements, presentations, and promotional assets using Adobe Creative Suite.

• Create and edit compelling short-form video content utilizing tools such as CapCut, TikTok Editor, and other modern editing platforms.

• Manage, schedule, and optimize content publishing through Meta Business Suite and additional social media management tools.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, business development teams, and leadership to promote open positions, hiring initiatives, company culture, and client partnerships.

• Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all digital, print, and recruitment marketing materials.

• Monitor social media performance, campaign analytics, engagement metrics, and audience growth while recommending continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of:

• Platform optimization and posting best practices

• Experience using:

• CapCut

• TikTok Editor

• Meta Business Suite

• Comprehensive proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and related creative applications.

• Ability to create engaging graphic designs, promotional materials, and professional video content.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, high-quality marketing materials.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with:

• Canva

• Google Ads

• WordPress

• Recruitment marketing or employer branding campaigns

• SEO and digital advertising strategies

• Email marketing platforms and campaign management

• Google Analytics or other marketing performance tools
