Position Overview: We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across all platforms. This role is responsible for developing and executing content strategies, managing day-to-day posting and engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and helping shape the voice of our brand online. The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, digital strategist, and social community builder.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing, branding,franchiseand businessobjectives.
• Content Creation & Management: Plan, create, and publish engaging content (images, video, text, and more) across social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Social Community Engagement: Monitorand respond to comments, messages, and mentions ina timelyand brand-appropriate manner to build an engaged and loyal community.
• CampaignExecution: Collaboratewith marketing, creative, and product teams to launch and manage social media campaigns that support key initiatives, promotions, and events.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs and social performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness,identifytrends, and make data-driven decisions tooptimizestrategy.
• Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all social content,maintaininga distinct and engaging tone of voice.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on social media trends, tools, best practices, and platform updates to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
• Paid Social Coordination (if applicable): Coordinate with digital marketing teams or manage small paid social campaigns to boost key content.
• Online Reputation: Proactivelymonitorand respond to online reviews, analyze customer feedback trends, and develop sentiment insights that can be shared with teams to support ongoing training, coaching, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency
• Strong understanding of each platform's best practices, algorithms, and user behavior
• Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills
• Proficiencywith social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms
• Experience with basic design/video editing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, orCapCutis a plus
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Passion for storytelling, brand building, and digital trends

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns
• Experience working in automotive retail
• Knowledge of social media advertising and boosting strategies
