This is an opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role, driving operational excellence, revenue performance, and cross functional execution while helping shape the future direction of a rapidly evolving business.This Role OffersCompetitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits.Opportunity to join an established industry innovator investing heavily in new growth initiatives.Executive level visibility with significant influence across operations, sales, finance, and strategy.High impact role focused on building scalable processes and improving organizational performance.Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where new ideas and continuous improvement are encouraged.Opportunity to lead transformational initiatives that directly contribute to company growth.What You Will DoLead operational strategy and execution across customer facing business functions to improve efficiency, scalability, and revenue performance.Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for operational teams while fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.Develop and manage revenue forecasting models, operational dashboards, and executive reporting that provide actionable business insights.Monitor pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities, risks, and performance trends.Partner with executive leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, revenue planning, and organizational decision making.Drive cross functional initiatives that improve the customer journey from lead generation through transaction completion.Evaluate operational workflows and implement process improvements that increase productivity and enhance customer experience.Collaborate with sales, finance, technology, and operations leaders to align business objectives and execution strategies.Create executive presentations and business reviews that clearly communicate operational performance and strategic recommendations.Build a high performing team through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and professional development.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.Five to seven years of combined Operations Leadership and Revenue Operations experience.Experience within PropTech, residential real estate, or another fast-paced customer focused industry is strongly preferred.Demonstrated success leading operational or sales organizations with responsibility for forecasting, coaching, performance management, and revenue achievement.Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, revenue funnel management, forecasting methodologies, and the complete lead to close customer lifecycle.Advanced proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with experience building executive dashboards and presentations.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex business data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.Outstanding executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to successfully lead cross functional initiatives while balancing strategic priorities and day-to-day operational execution.Preferred ExperienceMBA or other advanced business degree.Experience leading operational transformation or business process improvement initiatives.Experience working within rapidly expanding organizations that leverage technology to deliver services.Experience implementing CRM enhancements, reporting automation, or business intelligence initiatives.About Blue Signal:Blue Signal is an award-winning, executive search firm specializing in various specialties.
