Workforce Operations Coordinator

The Workforce Operations Coordinator supports Company’s continued growth by developing our hourly workforce and improving our business operations. This position serves as the primary point of contact for our hourly Millwright workforce while supporting the continued development of the Company’s Management System (AMS). Working closely with department managers, the role helps improve business processes, standardize documentation, and support Company's long-term ISO 9001 objectives. We are looking for a highly organized, self-driven individual who enjoys working with people, improving processes, and taking ownership of projects. Key Responsibilities Build, develop, and maintain Company’s hourly workforce by supporting recruiting, workforce planning, employee engagement, and workforce records. Coordinate and strengthen communication with the hourly workforce while supporting onboarding, training coordination, and workforce development initiatives. Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Company Management System (AMS). Develop, improve, and standardize company procedures, forms, templates, work instructions, and other operational documentation. Work with department managers to improve business processes, maintain document control, and support company's continuous improvement and ISO 9001 initiatives. Background and Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred. 2–5 years of experience in workforce coordination, recruiting, business operations, administration, project coordination, or a similar role. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience developing procedures, business documentation, or management systems is an advantage. Professional Skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
