Position Summary

Liron Lighting is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations. This role focuses on RGA processing, customer post-sale support, and logistics coordination with the warehouse team.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, solution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. RGA Processing & Customer Support

• Manage and process Return Goods Authorization (RGA) requests
• Communicate with customers regarding return approvals, replacement status, and credits
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure proper return inspection and documentation
• Maintain accurate RGA records in the system

2. Customer Post-Sale Service Support

• Provide shipment tracking updates to customers
• Follow up on delivery status, ETA, and freight delays
• Resolve missing shipment or damage claims
• Coordinate with carriers to investigate delivery issues
• Maintain professional communication via phone and email

3. Logistics & Warehouse Coordination

• Assist warehouse team with booking freight carriers and scheduling pickups
• Enter tracking numbers into system accurately and timely
• Monitor outbound shipments and ensure documentation is complete
• Work with trucking companies to resolve scheduling or delivery issues
• Support general operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or distribution
• Experience with RGA/returns processing preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic ERP systems
• Strong communication skills (English required; Mandarin is a plus)
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently

• Able to coordinate between office and warehouse teams
• Logistics or freight experience is a plus
