What You'll Do:
- Maintain a customer service focus, passion for results, and a desire to lead a great team.
- Support a respectful team environment
- Set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.
- Support the training of crew members
- Resolve guest issues
- Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws
- Drive sales goals and results
- Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
