Job Description:

• The client is seeking an expert-level HubSpot Marketing Operations Consultant to optimize their HubSpot instance, resolve HubSpot-Salesforce integration gaps, and execute day-to-day campaign operations in support of a collaborative B2B demand generation team.

Job Summary

• Audit and optimize the client's HubSpot instance, including workflows, architecture, lead scoring, and data flows
• Build and execute email campaigns, including templates, list pulls, nurture sequences, landing pages, and forms for online events and conferences
• Diagnose and resolve HubSpot-Salesforce sync issues, including data discrepancies, field mapping gaps, and lead handoff failures
• Upload and manage lists with proper scoring and routing to support MQL generation and lead management
• Review and improve existing dashboards and reporting to ensure data accuracy and surface actionable insights
• Identify and close gaps in data quality, including lead scoring thresholds, enrichment optimization, and segmentation logic
• Partner closely with demand generation managers and internal stakeholders as an embedded, proactive team member

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot Marketing Operations experience in a B2B environment
• Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot, including workflow builds, list segmentation, lead scoring, dashboarding, and campaign execution
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CRM, including navigating complex instances, custom fields, and HubSpot-Salesforce integrations
• Strong track record managing lead lifecycle, MQL routing, and data hygiene across marketing and sales platforms
• Must be available and working during EST core hours

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Zapier for marketing automation and platform connectivity
• Background in CRM data governance and attribution reporting
• Experience auditing and documenting existing MarTech systems and recommending improvements
• Familiarity with A/B testing, UTM tracking, and conversion rate optimization
