About the role:

We’re seeking detail-oriented professionals to support a high-impact initiative within our Network Management team during a critical growth period. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy fast-paced environments, structured outreach work, and contributing to meaningful healthcare operations.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting major projects tied to provider data accuracy, compliance, and membership growth across multiple health plan products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Conduct outreach to 4,000+ healthcare providers to support the collection of 14,000 medical records

Verify and update provider demographic information for 8,000+ providers across multiple health plans

Assist with the distribution of 100+ provider contract amendments

Support collection of Medicare compliance attestations

Help process hundreds of Health Plan ID resubmissions, a critical component of network growth

Maintain accurate records and ensure all data is entered and tracked properly

What we're looking for:

✅ Previous healthcare experience in a patient facing or administrative setting

✅ Strong data entry and administrative support experience

✅ Background in call center, customer service, or high-volume outreach

✅ Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

✅ Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

✅ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

This is a Contract position based out of Northridge, CA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
