Job Details Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Maryland or surrounding jurisdictions preferred, but not required) Experience handling commercial litigation matters, including business disputes, contract disputes, or other complex civil litigation Familiarity with litigation procedures, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Experience with depositions, hearings, mediations, or trial preparation preferred Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
