Commerical Construction Estimator $85000 - $110000 per year | Evans, GA | On-Site | Permanent We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Commerical Construction Estimator to join our team and drive success in our commercial construction projects. The candidate will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery across hospitals, retail, government, and restoration projects. Perform detailed take‑offs and prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets. Track and manage RFI process, ensuring all RFIs are addressed promptly and accurately. Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions. Utilize Bluebeam, Viewpoint, and ISQFT bid management software to manage project documentation and communication. Monitor and control project costs to ensure completion within budget. Perform budget analysis, providing regular financial updates to senior management. Coordinate and oversee on‑site operations, ensuring work meets design, quality, and safety standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Resolve any project issues or disputes quickly and efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management and estimation in the commercial construction industry. Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects, including hospitals, retail, government, and restoration. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficient in Bluebeam, Viewpoint, and ISQFT bid management software. Exceptional skills in contract negotiation, budget management, and cost estimation. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
