Multi-Site Plant Manager

Movement Search & Delivery is working with an industry leader with a growing location outside of Athens, GA, looking to expand its Research and Development team. This is a permanent role with incredible benefits and profit sharing.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role owns day-to-day execution across safety, quality, operations, procurement, and facilities — operating within a centralized structure where sales functions report separately. The position does not carry direct P&L responsibility but is accountable for site-level budget management and continuous improvement performance. Regular travel between all three facilities is required

Operations, Facilities & Procuremen t Direct daily manufacturing activities across all three sites; maintain consistent operational standards, workflows, and productivity metric

s.Safety & Qualit y Champion a safety-first culture; ensure OSHA compliance, lead inspections and incident investigations, and maintain required safety record
