Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service & Office Support Representative to join our team in Bridgewater, NJ. This position will provide support to customers by assisting with product questions, order inquiries, and general requests while also handling daily office responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, computer proficiency, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional assistance
• Respond to customer questions regarding products, orders, availability, and general inquiries
• Process and update customer information and order details accurately in computer systems
• Communicate with customers through phone and email regarding order status and follow-up
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers
• Assist with order entry, documentation, and administrative tasks
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly
• Maintain accurate records and support daily office operations
• Perform additional office duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, office support, order processing, or administrative roles preferred
• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

• Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 9:45 AM–6:00 PM
