Account Manager - Medical\/Pharma

Kada Recruiting is partnering with an exciting independent agency, recruiting for an Account Manager working with medical and pharma accounts.

This role can be fully remote or if you're in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, you're welcome to work on a hybrid schedule (your choice). 

Requirements

They are adding a new account manager who has two to three years of advertising agency, or client-side digital brand experience, and desires to work on medical device and pharmaceutical brands – especially B2B/HCP.

• Be comfortable participating in presentations and preparing your own decks and supporting overall deck execution for the team
  


• Must have at least two years of experience working in an advertising agency
  


• Be experienced in current digital marketing tactics and methods (required)
  


• Communicate clearly and collaboratively with team members to keep projects on time and on budget
  


• Schedule meetings, check deadlines and draft conference/meeting reports in coordination with your team
  


• Own the executional level of creative projects including compliance revisions
  


• Manage and coordinate multiple projects and client deadlines, supporting different work each day
  


• Align with the media team to ensure all assets are executed on time so that the media team can get them into market
  


• Work within approved budgets and client contracts
  


• Be ready to learn from a team of seasoned account people, data strategists and media professionals
  


• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Slides, Sheets, etc.)
  


• Must be legally able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
