STEM Summer Camp Lead Teacher (Carmel Valley)

Camp Dates: June 2 - July 25, 2025 Hours: 15-30 hours per week

Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of innovators and leaders? We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated educators to lead hands-on STEM learning experiences for students in a fun, dynamic summer camp environment!

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking instructors skilled in:

• Game Design - Minecraft, Scratch, Game Design
• Computer Science - Java, Algorithms

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, hands-on STEM activities for students ages 5-15 (K-8th grade)
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Prepare lesson plans and manage classroom activities
• Maintain classroom organization and ensure a safe, clean space
• Encourage curiosity, problem-solving, and creativity in students

Qualifications

Experience working with children (ages 5-15) in a classroom or camp setting Strong classroom management skills - ability to engage and direct students effectively Bachelor's degree or coursework in a STEAM-related field or education Creative, adaptable, and dependable with a fun, inquisitive personality Passion for tinkering, building, and problem-solving

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
