Full-Time Hours with Weekends Off

School Operating Hours: Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Create a welcoming classroom: Lead and supervise a group of children in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space where they can explore, create, and build confidence.
• Bring our curriculum to life: Implement daily lesson plans aligned with our Balanced Learning® program to support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
• Partner with families: Collaborate with the leadership team on student evaluations and parent-teacher conferences. Maintain open, thoughtful communication with families.
• Promote health and safety: Follow all safety protocols and licensing guidelines to protect the well-being of every child.
• Support growth: Provide positive guidance and behavior modeling while encouraging curiosity, kindness, and independence.
• Collaborate: Join team meetings, professional development, and school events. Keep a well-organized and inviting classroom that fosters learning.
