Duties The Lead Financial Management Specialist (Data Analytics) is to provide financial management advice and assistance; analyze financial programs through examination of policies and procedures; identify problems to assess financial operations. Represents the team in dealing with the supervisor in obtaining supplies, needed information or decisions on work problems or issues that arise. Performs financial management reviews and evaluations while identifying areas of need for further review, analyses and/or evaluation and plans. Guides team in assessing its strengths and weaknesses and in exploring alternatives and determining what improvements can be made. Participates in the work of the team, coaches and facilitates the selection and application of problem solving techniques or work methods, and assists team in identifying solutions, priorities in and organizing to accomplish the work. Coordinates with appropriate staff offices to ensure all major areas of concern are covered by planning and programming documents. Leads in design, development, and maintenance of automated dashboards, data models and analytic tools(e.g., Power Platform, APEX, Cognos) ensuring tools are delivered timely and stay within scope. Assists in the development of data quality standards, validation protocols and standardized data pipelines across the team. Requirements Must be a U.S Citizen.
