Special Assistant And Advisor

Serves as a special assistant and advisor to the Director, Government Services, Industrial Base Pay. Reviews suspense, requests for information, special projects; etc., coming into the Director's office or from the Director and Deputy.

Develops recommendations involving substantive impact on policies, procedures, systems and operations of the supported organizations and the agency.

Develops policies with respect to enhancing customer service and ensure increases in customer service satisfaction by developing and implementing improvements in customer service operations.

Conducts a variety of studies and performs special projects related to supported operations.

Conducts analyses and studies on major projects within the supported organizations, reviews policies and directives for effectiveness and timely accomplishment of such projects.
