(MBA CSi) as a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Manager specializing in high-impact real estate operations for the United States Postal Service (USPS). This is an incredible opportunity to manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of USPS properties through strategic leasing and comprehensive real estate initiatives.In this role, you will:* Lead real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of USPS properties.* Collaborate with field resources, stakeholders, and external partners on lease renewals, site acquisitions, and property dispositions.* Manage subleasing of excess leased space and out-leasing of postal-owned properties to maximize asset value.* Identify and implement strategies to consolidate and optimize underutilized space, significantly reducing occupancy costs.* Expertly review real estate documents for legal integrity, risk exposure, and compliance.* Develop and negotiate a variety of legal real estate documents including Purchase & Sale Agreements and Temporary Construction Agreements.* Conduct renewals of prominent USPS retail leases.* Assess relocation options for retail postal locations and market values through thorough appraisal analysis.* Evaluate real estate proposal transactions and prepare insightful qualitative and financial analyses.* Coordinate with environmental specialists and legal counsel on compliance documentation for property transactions.### Basic Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field.* 5-10 years of experience in commercial leasing or real estate.* Proven track record managing real estate transactions and mastering lease negotiations.* Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and legal transaction processes.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).* Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.* Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening, and be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.### Preferred Qualifications* Experience supporting federal real estate programs.* Solid background in lease negotiation and complex transaction structuring.* Familiarity with environmental compliance related to property management.* Proven aptitude for identifying cost-saving measures and enhancing asset performance.* Experience with large-scale commercial property portfolios.Work Locations: Greensboro, NC; Washington, DC; Denver, COMBA CSi is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer.
