- Salary/Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour plus Performance Bonus.
- Location: Onsite (Morganville, NJ).
- Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday and Weekends.
- Project Scope: Residential HVAC / Mechanical.
- Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a calm, professional, and helpful demeanor.
- Educate homeowners on residential HVAC solutions to help them make informed decisions for their property.
- Navigate a structured CRM system to accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records.
- Resolve customer concerns by providing reassurance and clear information to overcome initial hesitations.
- Coordinate scheduling between clients and field technicians to ensure efficient service delivery and high satisfaction.
- Execute follow-up procedures to ensure every customer receives a premier experience from start to finish.
- Achieve performance goals that contribute to company growth while maximizing your personal bonus potential.
- One year of experience in customer service, sales, or a high-volume call center environment.
- Proven ability to remain professional and maintain emotional control under high-pressure situations.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and operate complex CRM and scheduling software.
- Previous experience in the HVAC, mechanical, or residential service industry.
- Demonstrated persistence in sales or lead generation with a focus on relationship building.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekend rotations.
- Weekly pay cycle with performance-based bonuses that reward your productivity and success.
