Position Name Real Estate Attorney – Transactions/Finance Office Multiple Locations Year 2026 Position Type Associate Practice Area Real Estate Transactions Job Description Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking experienced attorneys to join their growing Real Estate teams in both their Cincinnati, Ohio and Louisville, Kentucky locations. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ experience representing public and private companies on sophisticated real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, retail and industrial leasing, land use, zoning and real estate development matters. This position will require experience with property due diligence, title and survey review, working with title companies, and interpreting local codes and ordinances. A history of representing both borrowers and large financial institutions in complex real estate finance transactions, a plus. Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
