Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of experience in estate planning to join the Trusts & Estates Practice Group in Cincinnati, Ohio. The successful candidate will work with families, individuals, and corporate clients on estate administration, succession planning, and charitable giving matters. Duties Prepare wills, revocable trusts, and powers of attorney. Assist in preparing documents for advanced transfer tax planning strategies. Conduct research and analysis of estate, gift, GST, and income tax issues. Analyze complex state law and federal tax law issues. Requirements Ohio law license required; Kentucky law license preferred. 2-3 years of experience in estate planning. Superior analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Ohio State Bar; Kentucky Bar admission preferred.
