Associate Attorney - DUI and Criminal Defense

Job Overview A law firm seeks a dynamic Associate Attorney in Cincinnati, OH, to join their team. Negotiate plea offers and litigate cases in court. Conduct thorough research and analysis on diverse legal matters. Draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and briefs. Collaborate with experienced attorneys to strategize on cases. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar with a strong professional standing. Experience in DUI and criminal defense, preferably as an associate. In-depth knowledge of DUI and criminal law and courtroom procedures. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Empathy and ability to build trust with clients and colleagues. Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills. High levels of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct. Ability to manage multiple cases under pressure without compromising quality.
