Role Description The Administrative Support Assistant is a full-time remote role responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to internal teams and leadership. Daily tasks include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records and databases. The role involves answering and routing phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries with professional phone etiquette and clear communication. The Administrative Support Assistant will prepare basic reports, support data entry, assist with onboarding documentation, and coordinate routine administrative processes to ensure smooth operations. This position requires consistent collaboration with colleagues while working independently in a remote environment.
Qualifications

• Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support scheduling, coordination, and document management.
• Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage calls, emails, and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, record keeping, and basic report preparation.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendar applications) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a remote setting.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality.
• Previous experience in administrative or support roles is preferred; experience in staffing or recruitment environments is a plus. xhyhwjd
