Salary Range: Open Work Setup: Onsite Shift Schedule: Day Shift Location: Taguig City The role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Accounting Manager to lead the company’s accounting operations, with overall responsibility for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Tax Compliance functions. This role requires strong technical accounting and tax knowledge, proven people leadership, and the ability to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations. Your Responsibilities Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department, particularly Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Tax functions. Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely submission of financial and management reports. Manage, coach, and develop accounting team members, ensuring effective performance and productivity. Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting transactions, schedules, and supporting documents. Oversee AP operations, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, payment preparation, and monitoring of outstanding payables. Oversee AR operations, including billing, collections, customer account reconciliation, and monitoring of outstanding receivables. Manage the company’s tax compliance activities, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and filing of tax returns and related reports. Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, tax laws, and applicable accounting standards. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders as needed. What we're looking for Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience. Proven experience in people management and team leadership. Strong, hands-on experience in Tax Compliance, preferably with BIR-related processes and requirements. Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Manufacturing industry experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
