Veterans Housing Navigator & Case Manager (In-Person)

JVS SoCal

JVS SoCal is seeking an SSVF Case Manager as part of the Veterans Service Team to support veterans experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles County. You will provide housing relocation and stabilization services, connect clients with resources, and help them develop skills to live independently. Responsibilities include assessing housing barriers, coordinating services, and maintaining HMIS data while ensuring HIPAA compliance and teamwork toward program goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr JVS SoCal
