Medical Assistant InstructorSole Hire, LLC is seeking a qualified and passionate Medical Assistant Instructor to support allied health education programs. This role is ideal for a clinically experienced Medical Assistant who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and preparing students for successful careers in healthcare.Position Overview: The Medical Assistant Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality classroom, lab, and clinical instruction in accordance with the established curriculum. This individual will support student learning, skill development, and professional readiness while maintaining academic and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Deliver classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction aligned with the approved Medical Assistant curriculumDevelop and maintain lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessmentsEvaluate student performance and submit grades within required timelines (typically within 48 hours)Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and retentionProvide academic support, coaching, and guidance to studentsMaintain a safe, organized, and fully stocked lab environmentParticipate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activitiesCollaborate with academic leadership to support program goals and student outcomesUphold institutional policies, accreditation standards, and compliance requirementsMaintain a positive, professional, and inclusive learning environmentWork Environment:Full-time, on-site positionCombination of classroom, lab, and clinical instructionStudent-facing role with regular interaction and mentorship responsibilitiesRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of verifiable Medical Assistant clinical experience (required)Current CMA or RMA certification (required)Completion of an approved registered nursing education program (required)Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skillsAbility to effectively teach adult learners in classroom and hands-on lab settingsPrior teaching or training experience preferredComfort with basic technology and learning management systemsCommitment to student success and educational excellenceBenefits:Note to candidate: Please note this is an adjunct teaching opportunity.
