Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in the vibrant atmosphere of our café. This role is essential in supporting our mission by ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a key role in enhancing the overall dining experience at Paris Baguette.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high standards of food quality and safety
- Train and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage inventory control and ordering processes
- Support the Restaurant Manager in budgeting and financial planning
- Foster a positive team environment and promote teamwork
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff effectively
- Familiarity with inventory control processes
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for the food industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
