This part-time, contract position is perfect for an experienced school-based Occupational Therapist who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys making an impact across multiple grade levels.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Occupational Therapy license in Ohio is required
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred
• Comfortable serving a caseload spanning K-12, with a strong emphasis on elementary assessments
• Skilled in supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to fluctuating hours and assignments throughout the school year
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services in alignment with IEP goals, primarily focusing on elementary students but also supporting middle and high school as needed
• Conduct evaluations, reassessments, and standardized testing for referred students across all three sites
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to assigned COTAs, ensuring quality of service delivery
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required
• Adapt schedules based on seasonal assessment needs and site requirements
