Job Responsibilities:
Performs tray line duties; checks meal tickets and prepares residents meal trays to assure dietary orders are followed.
Checks food inventory/stock to assure no expired food is used and helps in maintaining par levels of food goods.
Cleans dishes, pots/pans and food service areas.
Delivers meals to resident floors, dining rooms and resident bed rooms
Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
Education: High school education, equivalent
Physical/Mental Demands: Walk long distances, and remain on her / his feet for long durations of time. Bend, squat, push, pull, reach, stretch and lift up to 50lbs. Speak, read and understand English. Able to tolerate cleaning chemicals with use of appropriate equipment.
