Express Employment Professionals is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Front Desk Associate to join a professional healthcare team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in staying organized, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the medical field! Pay: $18.00/hr. Duties Include: Warmly greet patients and manage check-in/check-out Answer phones , schedule, and confirm appointments Maintain accurate records in EMR systems Collect insurance information and patient payments Make appointment reminder calls Support audiologists and clinical staff as needed Assist with light sales conversations and paperwork Keep the front office organized and efficient Handle filing, mail, and general office upkeep Participate in team meetings and training Restock supplies and help maintain a clean workspace Qualifications Previous experience in a medical office required Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office Strong customer service and communication skills Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated At Express Employment Professionals, we have been placing people in excellent jobs right here in Cheyenne!
