Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | Tuesday through Friday | On-Call: 1 weekday and 1 weekend per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in a main operating room setting across a broad range of surgical specialties
• Support robotic-assisted surgical procedures including XI robotic platform cases
• Assist with orthopedic, trauma, general, gynecological, urological, and neurological/spine surgeries
• Participate in ENT, plastic, pain management, ophthalmology, and vascular surgical cases as needed
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekday and weekend call rotations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience; more than 3 years of OR experience strongly preferred
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Must be a travel candidate (local applicants within 50 miles of facility are not eligible)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• More than 3 years of operating room nursing experience across multiple surgical specialties
• Demonstrated proficiency with XI robotic surgical platform
