Physician Endocrinology - Competitive Salary

This large university town in northeast GA, 70 miles from Atlanta, is seeking a board certified/board eligible Endocrinologist to staff a traditional practice with 100% outpatient responsibilities. This salaried physician will join a group of four physicians, receive a competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines, full employee benefits (including profit sharing, relocation expenses and educational loan assistance), as well as, office setup and support from the administrative management team.

The hospital is a general medical and surgical hospital with 165 beds. It is also accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Survey data for the latest year available shows that 35,965 patients visited the hospital's emergency room. The hospital had a total of 9,094 admissions. Its physicians performed 2,886 inpatient and 7,530 outpatient surgeries.
