Job Title: Network Security Analyst 2 Location(s): Austin, TX Position Overview The client is seeking an experienced Network Security Analyst II specializing in RSA Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This role focuses on designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise Archer applications used for assessment, authorization, controls assurance, issues management, and compliance monitoring. The position requires both deep technical Archer expertise and strong knowledge of security governance and compliance frameworks. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, implement, and maintain RSA Archer solutions. Build and customize Archer applications, workflows, questionnaires, approvals, calculations, and access controls. Develop integrations between Archer and enterprise systems using REST APIs and web services. Implement client-side customizations using JavaScript and jQuery. Gather and analyze business and functional requirements. Translate requirements into technical designs, configuration specifications, and implementation plans. Support issue management, controls assurance, and compliance monitoring initiatives. Create and maintain technical and project documentation. Follow change management and release management processes. Troubleshoot Archer platform issues and optimize performance. Provide training, knowledge transfer, and end‑user support. Required Certification One of the following certificates is mandatory: Archer Certified Professional (ACP) Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator - Expert Certification. Required Skills Strong expertise with RSA Archer platform architecture and configuration. Experience with GRC, risk management, compliance, and security control frameworks. REST API and web service integration experience. JavaScript and jQuery customization skills. Experience working in structured change‑controlled environments. Strong documentation and communication abilities. Ability to independently manage complex technical implementations. Preferred Experience Large enterprise or government GRC implementation experience. Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, and regulatory compliance standards. Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms. Background in information security, risk, or compliance teams. Experience Requirements 5+ years: RSA Archer certification and related Archer expertise. 10+ years preferred: Enterprise/Government GRC implementation and compliance framework experience. Work Environment Cross‑functional collaboration with security, compliance, risk, and IT teams. Supports mission‑critical enterprise GRC operations. Independent and team‑oriented work structure.
