Marketing Director

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field required. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, business development, or a related field. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Experience developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies preferred. Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or community-based services preferred. Strategic Planning: Develops and implements marketing strategies that support organizational goals and increase awareness of programs and services. Relationship Building and Community Engagement: Builds strong relationships and identifies opportunities to increase community awareness, partnerships, and referrals. Project Management and Organization: Effectively manages multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while ensuring timely completion. Accountability and Decision-Making: Takes ownership of responsibilities, follows through on commitments, and uses sound judgment when making decisions. Job Duties: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive marketing plan, with an initial focus on Region 3. Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support to Marketing staff. Coordinate and oversee community outreach and marketing activities. Establish priorities and expectations for Marketing staff and monitor progress toward departmental goals. Manage the organization's relationship and contract with its external marketing consultant. Coordinate with the marketing consultant to ensure projects, campaigns, and deliverables align with organizational priorities. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department. Develop strategies to increase awareness of the organization, its programs, and available services. Work with program leadership to identify marketing needs, target populations, referral opportunities, and community partnerships. Coordinate marketing efforts across programs and service areas to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Assist with the development and review of marketing materials, advertisements, promotional materials, social media content, and other communications. Identify opportunities for community engagement, outreach, partnerships, and events. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and make recommendations for improvement. Maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of marketing activities, outreach efforts, and results. Collaborate with leadership on new programs, services, locations, and other initiatives requiring marketing support.
