Our insurance agency is growing quickly, and we're looking for a Client Review Cross Sell Speciaist.
Prior insurance agency experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who is willing to obtain a California Personal Lines insurance license or a Property and Casualty License.

2) Build client relationships
3) Review policies cross-sell
4) Celebrate witht he team when goals are acheived
Requirements
- Motivated to obtain insurance license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone
- Friendly, professional, and confident personality
- Comfortable asking questions and identifying sales opportunities
- Organized and able to manage multiple client follow-ups
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Strong customer-service mindset
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Insurance experience is NOT required.
We will provide training on our products, systems, client-review process, sales approach, and agency procedures.
