About the Role
The Company is seeking an experienced professional to join their team in a role that is pivotal to the identification and evaluation of potential market opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with the partners, monitoring and analyzing stressed, distressed, and special situations relevant to the practice. This includes recognizing potential client engagements and supporting business development and market intelligence efforts. The role demands in-depth financial analysis, strong judgment, and the ability to effectively convey and evaluate complex financial and market information. Applicants for this position should have a background as a restructuring advisory investment banker, distressed analyst, or financial consultant, with a minimum of three years' experience in investment banking, restructuring advisory, financial analysis, market intelligence, or credit research. The ideal candidate will be adept at recognizing and capitalizing on market opportunities, and will be a key player in the firm's efforts to provide top-tier advisory services to clients in need of restructuring and distressed situation support.
