What You ll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a busy Level III NICU (10 beds)
• Manage and support high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Support daily coverage in a 20-bed newborn nursery
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary hospital teams
• Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments and develop treatment plans
• Support continuity of care from admission to stabilization and discharge
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care
• Work in a newly renovated, modern hospital environment
• Provide care that meets the needs of a growing community with approximately 1,000 annual births

What You Need:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Georgia
• Neonatal or NICU experience preferred
• Excellent clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required)
