Behavioral Health Technician

Help people get back into the swing of life by joining our team as a Behavioral Health Technician!

Full-time and part-time BHT positions are available. Locations include schools, homes, and communities throughout Chester County. Schedules are weekdays, with day and evening hours available. The rate starts at $20.00/hour.

The BHT works directly with the child/adolescent to implement interventions defined in the treatment plan while transferring skills to the caregiver. Data analysis is collected and assessed by the lead clinician to ensure successful interventions, progress, and to determine treatment revisions.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in human services and experience working directly with children.
