Accounting Manager- Pipeline Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet activity
• Provide variance analysis and financial insights to support leadership decision-making
• Maintain and oversee the general ledger , including fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, and depreciation
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Payroll, AP/AR, and Operations
• Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
• Lead or contribute to ERP implementations, system enhancements, and process cleanups
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
• Mentor, review, and develop senior and junior accounting staff
• Support preparation of executive- and board-level reporting

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• 6–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior experience as a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or similar role
• CPA preferred, not required
• Public accounting background preferred, not required
• Strong experience with full-cycle close and GAAP-based financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel ; ERP experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable operating in growth-focused, evolving environments
