EuroWorks European Auto Repair is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our high-performing team.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job — we are looking for a motivated professional who wants to grow into leadership and management as our company continues expanding.
We are a busy, fast-paced European auto repair facility specializing in premium brands and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll have the support of some of the best technicians in the area , strong systems in place, and a team committed to helping you succeed.

- Greet customers and build strong relationships
- Write repair orders and communicate vehicle concerns clearly
- Present estimates and explain recommended services
- Follow up with customers regarding repairs and maintenance needs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure excellent workflow and communication
- Deliver a premium customer experience from start to finish
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience required
- Strong sales and customer communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Leadership mindset with interest in long-term career growth
$7,000–$10,000+ per month potential based on performance.
Base pay + uncapped commission structure.
