Design plays a direct role in how new customers discover and connect with YoungLA. With a strong focus on paid media, you’ll create elevated, editorial-driven visuals that capture attention, showcase our products, and introduce new audiences to the brand. You’ll help maintain a strong and consistent visual identity while shaping how YoungLA shows up across digital channels.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll partner closely with our Paid Media and Marketing teams to develop compelling creative across paid media and other digital channels. A key part of this role is helping create a cohesive visual experience while ensuring the YoungLA brand feels consistent and recognizable across our creative.

The role will focus primarily on evergreen and performance-driven creative that supports ongoing brand growth, while also developing assets for product drops, restocks, and key marketing moments across the Menswear brand. We’re looking for someone who brings a strong creative perspective, enjoys exploring new ideas, and can translate the YoungLA brand into engaging visual work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evergreen & Always-On Creative: A primary focus of this role. Build and continuously refresh the evergreen creative library across paid media, including static campaign graphics, typography-led layouts, ad variations, and other performance-driven assets.
• Paid & Social Partnership: Work closely with the Paid and Social teams to design performance creative, iterate on what’s working, and quickly turn campaign briefs and testing feedback into new concepts.
• Drop & Restock Campaigns: Support product drops and restocks across Men’s launches, delivering creative on time and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Multi-Format Content Production: Design and optimize assets across multiple formats, with a primary focus on vertical (9:16) and square (1:1) creative.
• Broader Marketing Design Support: Occasionally support the wider marketing team with additional design needs outside of paid and social, including email creative, presentation decks, and other one-off brand or marketing materials.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in fashion, streetwear, or e-commerce.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean, elevated, modern aesthetic, with a sharp eye for typography, layout, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Figma is a plus.
• Experience designing for paid media and social, with an understanding of how creative supports performance and audience engagement.
• Background designing within the fashion, apparel, or lifestyle space is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently deliver thoughtful, polished work that aligns with brand goals.
• Comfortable working across evergreen content, campaign launches, and special projects.
• Bonus: Experience creating simple animations, GIFs, or light motion assets.
