Digital Designer

A growing consumer products company with a portfolio of iconic and emerging consumer brands is seeking a highly creative Digital Designer to help bring our brands to life through compelling digital design across touchpoints, including digital advertising campaigns, social assets, brand marketing materials, point-of-sale material for retail and ecommerce, and other dynamic consumer-facing communications. This role is ideal for a conceptual thinker and hands-on doer who excels at bringing brands to life across the consumer journey, from brand-rich environments to ecommerce landscapes. The ideal candidate understands how consumers engage with brands across retail and online touchpoints and can develop creative assets that strengthen brand equity, drive engagement, and support business growth. The Graphic Designer will work with visual identity systems, activating them across a variety of consumer-facing touchpoints. The ideal candidate combines strong creative thinking with exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities Translate well-defined brands with robust visual identity systems into compelling visual storytelling across branded touchpoints, including digital advertising, social media posts, and ecommerce point-of-sale materials. Partner closely with marketing and product development teams throughout the design process. Present design work to the creative director, participate in critique sessions, and absorb and action creative feedback. Work within a dynamic design studio, participating in a collaborative creative environment with opportunities for mentorship and ongoing learning and training. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality design work, meeting brand standards, and consistently meeting deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field. 7+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), home goods, food and beverage, personal care, household products, or related industries. Strong design portfolio showcasing design for brands across consumer-facing touchpoints. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong understanding of branding, visual identity systems, and consumer-focused design. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset workflows. Stay current on ecommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, and consumer design trends. Iterate quickly on feedback while maintaining a high standard of visual quality and accuracy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting consumer brands. Familiarity with merchandising assets and retail marketing materials, including ecommerce.
