Exhibits a core understanding of mutual respect and good customer service orientation in interactions with all people in the workplace. Promotes, supports and facilitates teamwork between all crews by exhibiting a positive attitude.

PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS

High school graduate or equivalent preferred. CDL, Class B (with air brake endorsement) or greater; or must have permit and obtain license within 90 days of hire. Favorable driver history record required. Mechanical ability and knowledge of tools. One year of construction industry experience preferred. Forklift certification preferred. Able to lift 50-100 pounds regularly. Basic math and verbal/written communication skills required. Ability to read and understand job specifications and written instructions. Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime and possible occasional work on the neighbor islands. We primarily employ carpenters, laborers, sand operating engineers. We are signatory to collective bargaining agreements with the following unions listed below and are subject to the hiring rules of each collective bargaining agreement. We anticipate hiring for projects on Oahu, Maui, Hawaii, and Kauai as work becomes available and will be contacting the respective union to fill these positions.
