Travel CT Technologist - CT Scan

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a night shift contract at a large Level I Trauma teaching hospital, requiring ARRT CT certification and Siemens scanner proficiency. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience ARRT (CT) certification required at time of consideration Current BLS required Valid MO State License required at time of consideration; license required if applicable Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings required Proficiency with PACS and contrast administration required Level I Trauma or large hospital setting experience strongly preferred Experience with IV starts, portables, and biopsies preferred Siemens scanner experience preferred Experience with Epic EMR preferred Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible Responsibilities Large short-term acute care hospital with 1,259 staffed beds, operating as a Level I Trauma center and teaching facility CT unit handling high-complexity cases across inpatient and outpatient settings Required procedures include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction Preferred procedures include aspirations/biopsies, brain perfusion, colonography, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, and transplant studies All Siemens CT scanners in use Charting performed in Epic Night shifts, 4x10 hours, Monday–Thursday from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM Floating within clinical scope per facility policy may be required; no floating to sister facilities No on-call requirement First-time travelers are welcome to apply Scrub colors are black, red, or white RTO is limited to no more than 7 days within a 13-week contract, with no RTO during the first week of orientation Allied travelers may remain for up to 12 months, after which a 6-month break in service is required Former permanent employees of this facility must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler Parking passes are available for purchase at various locations near the facility; night shift workers may park at no charge in employee parking Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr Newsandtribune
