Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP License required
• ASHA CCCs preferred; strong Clinical Fellows with SLP-CFY considered
• Experience in school-based settings, especially with junior and high school ages, is a plus
• Solid understanding of pediatric speech-language pathology practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to diligently supervise walk-in therapy students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to approximately 40 students on your caseload
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
• Supervise therapy for walk-in students, ensuring high-quality care
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and state standards
• Engage in ongoing professional communication with multi-disciplinary teams
