Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | Splendora, TX | 2026–2027 School Year

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, full school year position in Splendora, TX for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive school district serving middle and high school students in a collaborative, student-centered environment.

Position Details:

• Full-time, full school year (2026–2027)
• Middle school and high school caseload
• Approximately 40 students on caseload
• School-based setting
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop IEP goals
• Provide individual and small group therapy services
• Track, document, and report student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support communication needs across academic and functional settings
• Ensure compliance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a moderate caseload independently and collaboratively
