Compensation Competitive salary plus commission Average earnings of $115,000+ annually once fully acclimated Strong customer-pay and maintenance opportunity base Manufacturer and dealer-supported training Schedule Monday through Friday 9-hour workday with a 1-hour lunch break Every 3rd Saturday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Responsibilities Greet customers professionally and understand their service needs Document concerns, prepare estimates, and communicate repair recommendations Provide updates on repair status and expected completion times Coordinate repairs with technicians and management Accurately manage repair orders and loaner agreements Review completed repairs and invoices with customers Perform vehicle walkarounds, inspections, and test drives Address customer concerns and provide excellent service Build lasting customer relationships and support customer retention Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Meet individual and department performance goals Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Automotive service or repair experience preferred Dealership, sales, hospitality, or consultative customer service experience a plus Experience with dealership software preferred 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Honda Factory Training Employee Vehicle, Parts & Service Discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr
